Crown City
Privacy policy
Updated 28 September 2026
Crown City is a single-player game published by Richard Elms, responsible for the data processing described here. Contact: richardelms@gmail.com.
Game saves
The game runs on your device and stores your crown coins, what you have bought with them, achievements and preferences in your browser so you can continue playing. No game account is required. We do not send these saves to our own server. Browser saves remain until you clear site data or your browser removes them; clearing them removes your local progress.
Playing on Poki
The Poki version uses Poki’s SDK to report loading, play sessions and gameplay milestones, such as completed rounds and how far into a round one was left, features used, what was bought in the shop and which parts of it were opened, a tap on something too expensive, what a round paid and where you finished (in broad bands, never exact figures), a daily contract completed, and whether an optional video was offered or watched. Videos that pay crown coins play only when you choose them. We use the resulting reports to understand and improve the game. Our milestone messages use fixed values only: no name and no free text.
Poki separately processes platform information, such as device, network and usage data, and manages its cookies, advertising and any account or cloud-save features. Its purposes, legal bases, retention periods, international transfers and privacy choices are explained in Poki’s Privacy Center. The standalone version does not load Poki’s SDK.
